WHERE AND HOW CAN I BOOK MY EVENT?
You can book your event online, in person, or over the phone.
WHAT’S REQUIRED TO CONFIRM MY EVENT?
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your event.
WHAT’S THE MINIMUM AND MAXIMUM GUEST COUNT ALLOWED FOR EVENTS?
We ask for a minimum of 10 guests to book an event and can accommodate upwards of 300 guests when you rent out the park exclusively!
WHERE CAN I FIND THE WAIVER?
The waiver can be signed online, it’s accessible on the homepage!
CAN THE WAIVER BE SENT TO OTHER GUESTS – IS THERE A LINK?
Yes! You can copy and paste the URL and send it directly to your guests
CAN YOU ACCOMMODATE SAME DAY OR SHORT NOTICE BOOKINGS?
This is based on availability. We recommend booking your events at least two weeks prior to your event date to ensure availability. If space is available, you can book your event within a 72 hour period by calling the park directly.
CAN I INCREASE/DECREASE MY HEADCOUNT OR ADD PIZZA AND ADDITIONAL OPTIONS AFTER MY EVENT IS BOOKED?
Yes! You can modify your headcount and add food to your order up to 3 days prior to your event.
WILL I RECEIVE A CONFIRMATION CALL PRIOR TO MY EVENT?
Yes! The park will reach out to confirm your event details within a week of your event date.
CAN I BRING MY OWN DÉCOR?
You are welcome to bring any décor that does not permanently alter the space. We charge a small cleanup fee for confetti or any extraordinary clean up requirements.
CAN I BRING MY OWN FOOD?
You are welcome to bring a store bought cake with the purchase of any birthday package at a table, mezzanine, or private room. For exclusive park rentals, please contact the park directly.
DO I GET EXTRA SET UP OR BREAKDOWN TIME FOR MY EVENT?
You can arrive up to 15 mins prior to your start time for any set up needs. For specific requests, please contact the park directly.
